THE QUEBEC TRUCKING ASSOCIATION (ACQ) ADDS A NEW MEMBER.

AUGUST 2009

Alepin Gauthier is now part of ACQ, an association of more than 700 members in the fields of public and private transportation, vehicle rentals, and suppliers of products and services to the trucking industry.

The association was created in 1951 and serves participants in the transportation industry in several ways:

1. It acts as go-between with bodies such as: governments; the Quebec Automobile Insurance Corporation (SAAQ); as well as personnel-training institutions;

2. It insures the respect of laws and regulations regarding trucking and road vehicle transportation safety;

3. It is involved in the education and training of participants in the transportation industry;

4. And much more.

Alepin Gauthier includes in its areas of practice the law of commercial transactions, and among its clients are several business involved in transportation. The firm has been a member of the Transportation Professionals Club for approximately 9 years, and is proud now to be a member of the Quebec Trucking Association (ACQ). We hope that we will be able to assist even more transportation enterprises to fulfill their business goals.
